Here is an amended first floor plan again, what I decided to do is to create a certain curve at the front side of the building which takes the pattern of the floor plan design. People will be able to go outside at that area to enjoy the views of the water or to dine on a nice evening.
This is so much more successful! There are still a few questions?

Entry does not flow with the rest of the building - break/change the right side as needed....(door swings into bathrooms).
