Gavin_3DModel_Perspective

This perspective view of the nightclub shows the building as seen from afar. The transparency in its design is ideal for a waterfront commercial building.

Gavin_3DModel_Short_Section

This section is cutting through the dressing rooms and looking towards the office and utility areas.

Gavin_3DModel_LongSection

This section is cutting through the entrance area and is looking towards the outdoor dining area.

Gavin_3DModel_Interior_Perspective_Dance_Area

This inter perspective shows what the people who are dining see. A good view on both sides of the mezzanine is essential for greater dining enjoyment.

Gavin_3DModel_Interior_Perspective_Mezzanine

This is an aerial view of the interior of the nightclub that shows the dining area on the mezzanine level and the commercial kitchen in the rear. I tried to have the mezzanine overlook the DJ booth and the bar below which gives people a good view of how chic the club can be.

Gavin_3DModel_SideElevation_Entrance

This is the side elevation of the entrance area of the nightclub. I decided to make this a double story glass area to provide a good first impression to people who arrive.

Gavin_3DModel_Side_Elevation_Office

This elevation shows the side of the nightclub that is the emergency exit that also goes to the office and the utility room. The office has a nice view of the outside dining area as well.

Gavin_3DModel_Front_Elevation

This is the front elevation of my nightclub...I have created an area outside where people can go to enjoy dining and dancing. The visitors will not be resiricted to being inside of the nightclub only.

Gavin_SecondFloorPlan_Final

This is the final second floor plan of the nightclub...I was able to add furniture and figure out where to put the commercial kitchen. I took advantage of the views of the site by adding as much glass as I could to the dining area.

Gavin_FirstFloorPlan_Final

This is the final floor plan for the first floor of my nightclub design...I have created the layout in more detailed form.

Gavin_FirstFloorPlan_Changes_Again

Here is an amended first floor plan again, what I decided to do is to create a certain curve at the front side of the building which takes the pattern of the floor plan design. People will be able to go outside at that area to enjoy the views of the water or to dine on a nice evening.

The first floor plan has now a more free design. I got rid of the rigidity of the previous layout.

Gavin_SecondFloorPlan_Changes

This is the second floor plan showing the curvature of spaces below and above. I want the second floor design to correspond to the first floor design.
